Help and Support

How can we help?

Start with the directory tools that match your information needs, or contact us for assistance with using Event & Fair.

Event & Fair serves as a broad directory for fairs, exhibitions, and exhibitors, covering sectors such as recycling, plastics, food, construction, technology, and industrial manufacturing. Visitors can browse listings by industry, event, or region to locate exhibitor profiles, product showcases, and company information gathered from exhibitions across the world, including trade shows for machinery, packaging, and processing equipment.

Because the directory spans so many international events, using its search tools effectively begins with the kind of information you need. Filtering by fair or by exhibitor helps narrow a large catalogue of company entries to those relevant to a particular market, whether you are researching material handling and shredding solutions, recycling and sorting machinery, or suppliers appearing at large industrial exhibition zones.

Exhibition organisers and exhibitor teams often use directory listings to strengthen visibility before and during a show, and to help visitors find producers of recycled materials, plastic film, pipes, and printed composites. Entries typically summarise what a company offers, which supports attendees in comparing suppliers and identifying the sectors where competition is intensifying, particularly around recycling, waste, and circular material flows.

Support is available for anyone who cannot find the directory tools that match their information needs. Guidance covers how to browse fairs, how to search exhibitors, and how listings are organised, so that visitors, exhibitors, and organisers can locate relevant details without difficulty. Getting in touch is the recommended route when the standard search options do not produce the results a particular enquiry requires.
